The enemies of the Sunnah have busied themselves with attempts to discredit Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه [they have] tried to make the people doubt his truthfulness and his narrations.

What is their objective?

Their objective, of course, is to make the people doubt Islam, following the footsteps of their masters – the [Christian] missionaries. Even if they openly proclaim that their intent is to [simply] restrict themselves to [following] the Qur’an [only], or what has been, in their opinion, authentically narrated from the Prophet ﷺ – and according to them nothing is authentic from the narrations except that which agrees with their desires, and that with what they blindly follow from the legislations and practices of Europe.

None of them hesitate to misinterpret the Qur’ān to suite their desires and to justify their objective, even if it means moving away from its [the Qur’ān] clear linguistic implications.

They were not the first ones to have waged war against Islām from this angle, they have predecessors of old. However; Islam marches forth, while they howl Islam barely hears them, rather it [Islam] advances and goes forward without even feeling their presence, ultimately destroying them.
